We are Family (Pt. 1)

I also forgot to post all the family pics I took before Christmas to use on our cards.  I dread this session like nothing else.  It's a challenge to shoot 7 people AND try to get in the photo myself.  But for better or worse, I will post the results over the next week or so.  Love how proudly A is holding that sign!

Still celebrating...

And a few days later, we celebrated with cake.  One of Kara's friends made the adorable owl cake.  So cute!

And finally...I'll post the video of her blowing out her candles for real.  The above photo was practice.  Love her smile as we sang to her.

Happy Birthday to A...

I am officially the worst daughter (and blogger) in America.  I am nearly three months behind on posting pics. I keep forgetting that this is the only way my mom gets to see the "littles". 

These are Miss A's official birthday photos.  Can hardly believe she is five and will start kindergarten in the fall.  She is SO ready!  This was Mr. Monkey's last birthday photo as we stop at age 5.  He has served us well.  In case you can't read A's favorite things, they are:  Activities - Reading and Coloring, Animal - Frogs!, Colors -Green and Blue, Best Friend - Hannah, When I grow up? - Veterinarian??
