Wonderful world of color...

I love these shots...top is Hannah and bottom is Abigail...I can't help focusing in on the little details, because they won't be small like this for long. BTW...neither of the girls like to get dirty.  Feeding themselves depends on their ability to do it neatly.  If it's too messy...forget it.  So we are intentionally introducing some activities that let them know it's OK to make a little mess!  You can tell they're still pretty dainty about it!  lol

Preschool Picassos...

We've had mild temperatures so far this summer, so we decided to set up the easel outdoors and let them have some fingerpaint and chalk fun.  I love these two shots....They were having a great time creating and clearly concentrating on their work.   The swimsuits are because it was our plan to hose 'em off and let them run through the sprinklers for clean up.  Easy peasy...

It's uncomfortable...

It's uncomfortable being on this side of the lens, but I'm grateful to Jenny for getting a snap of me with the girls.  I want them to remember I don't ALWAYS have a camera up to my face!  They are so precious...

Yet more lessons to learn...

Someday...someday I will remember to close down when my subjects are not both on the same focal plane.  Love the expressions...but only Abigail is in focus.  Sigh.  Guess I shouldn't get greedy. 

Sweetness...

Just love how they posed for this one...it's so rare to get eye contact AND smiles AND hand holding.  They LOVE the new garden G-Pa created, especially their kid sized bench!
